Saw patient die tonight in ER. Cried in car after shift. Had McDonalds Fillet O'Fish to make myself feel better. Didn't work.

But seriously, that sucks. Hope you feel a bit better about it all now.
I'm sorry. I've been through something a little similar, it was emotionally exhausting and I know how you feel.
Though I had something like ten muffins afterwards to help me feel better. And no, those didn't work either.
